1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SIGMA Community services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. Access to protected areas requires wallet authentication and token-gate eligibility.
- Wallet users authenticate using supported wallet providers.
- Admin users authenticate separately through username/password.
- Each wallet address is treated as a separate account identity.
3. Token-Gated Access Rules
Holder-only features—the SIGMA Pro Engine and private SIGMA Discord channels—require a verified balance of at least 160M $SIGMA. Verification may occur at login and during protected requests.
- If your balance falls below the threshold, protected access is revoked immediately.
- Verification outcomes depend on XRPL data availability and network conditions.
4. Nature of Signals and Content
SIGMA Pro Engine content, including BUY/SELL signals, notes, metadata, and educational material, is provided for informational and community use only. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and risk management.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- exploit, interfere with, or disrupt platform operations;
- bypass authentication, verification, or access controls;
- misuse APIs, scrape protected data at abusive rates, or automate abuse;
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
6. Wallet and Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for wallet security, device security, and approval of wallet actions. SIGMA Community does not custody funds and cannot recover wallet access for you.
7. Command Center Access
SIGMA Community licenses the SIGMA Pro Engine from Ticker-Tactix for eligible SIGMA holders. Members connect through the separate Ticker-Tactix Command Center using supported third-party wallet tools; no tokens are sent, deposited, or custodied during this process. This entitlement applies only to the SIGMA Pro Engine and private SIGMA Discord channels, not other Ticker-Tactix products or subscriptions.
8. Availability and Changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or modified at any time, including wallet provider support, verification logic, and feature availability.
9. Intellectual Property
SIGMA Community branding, site design, and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to the project. You may not reproduce or redistribute protected material except as permitted by law or explicit permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is policy violation, security risk, abuse, legal risk, or token-gate ineligibility.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGMA Community and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any trading losses arising from use of the platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIGMA Community and its operators from claims or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the service, your legal violations, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction selected by the platform operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
