1. Scope
This policy applies to SIGMA Community websites, dashboards, and related services, including token-gated access and wallet authentication flows.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and process:
- wallet address and wallet session metadata;
- authentication events and verification status;
- profile data you provide (if any), such as admin username credentials;
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, page views, and audit log events;
- preferences such as favorites and local UI settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and operate wallet login sessions;
- enforce token-gated eligibility rules, such as the 160M $SIGMA threshold;
- provide dashboard features, favorites, and indicator data;
- maintain security, monitor abuse, and troubleshoot incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and protect platform integrity.
4. Wallet Data and Public Blockchain Data
Wallet addresses and blockchain activity may be publicly visible on XRPL by design. SIGMA Community may query and reference public blockchain data for verification and platform operations.
5. Command Center and Cross-Brand Referrals
We do not pass your SIGMA Community account, wallet address, token holdings, portal session, or verification result to Ticker-Tactix. Members choose to connect a wallet through the Command Center using supported third-party wallet tools. If you separately opt in to receive Ticker-Tactix information, we record your email address, consent timestamp, and campaign source for that referral. A referral does not create or connect a Command Center account.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:
- infrastructure and security providers needed to run the service;
- wallet/auth providers involved in your login flow;
- legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
SIGMA Community uses essential cookies/session storage and may use local storage to remember display preferences.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for legitimate operational, legal, and security purposes, including audit trail requirements.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for wallet and device security.
10. Your Choices
You may:
- disconnect wallet sessions;
- stop using the service if you do not agree with this policy;
- contact support to request account-related review where applicable.
11. Children's Privacy
SIGMA Community is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally eligible in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date and publication on this page.
